Пересмотр из-за девальвации не планируют
Министерство финансов пока не планирует пересматривать заложенный в бюджете прогнозный курс гривны к доллару на 2015 год. Об этом сообщил первый заместитель министра финансов Игорь Уманский.
Он признал, что сейчас из-за роста курса гривны цены пересматриваются каждый день и добавил, что из-за этого бюджет приходилось бы просматривать так же часто.
"Пока не будем пересматривать, 21,7 заложено по году", – сказал Уманский.
Отметим, что значение 21,7 грн/долл заложено в поправках к бюджету-2015, которые еще не рассмотрены Верховной Радой. Действующая редакция бюджета рассчитана, исходя из курса 17 грн/долл.
Напомним, в Украине лихорадит валютный рынок. Сегодня курс доллара на межбанке после рекордных 33,5 грн/долл откатился до 30 грн - из-за новых админмер единственным покупателем валюты на межбанке является НБУ, что резко снижает котировки. Утром на "черном" рынке курс доллара достигал 40 грн/долл, но потом пошел на убыль.
Согласно последнему решению НБУ до 27 феврая банки смогут покупать валюту только для собственных операций. При этом не снималось ограничение на сумму такой покупки в размере 0,5% от регулятивного капитала и лишь при условии, если банк выполняет норматив валютной позиции. По словам специалистов, это остановит реальные торги на межбанке до понедельника.
Также, как сообщалось, с 24 февраля вступили в силу новые ограничения, введенные НБУ. В частности, банкам теперь запрещено давать клиентам гривневые кредиты для покупки валюты, а все контракты по предоплате импорта от $50 тыс. Нацбанк начал проверять (раньше проверяли только покупку валюты от $100 тыс).
